We have been at Zen for 2 years and I have nothing but positive things to say about this dojo they are very professional and the patience that each and every coach has with the kiddos is amazing they have taught my daughters so much and built their confidence in a different level, I am very grateful for everything they have done and continue to do, Best martial Arts in town highly recommend.

Best place to train as a family. Wonderful atmosphere, very welcoming staff, and the members are united and family oriented. Would definitely recommend this dojo to everyone!
