Warman Muay Thai

Awesome place for a whole family to learn muay thai! They have great classes for kids as young as 7 years old. The kids learn muay thai, but also respect, good sportsmanship, but most of all, having fun and belonging somewhere. All the staffs, coaches, and students are all so welcoming!

This gym is all about running classes like classes. If you’re more than 10 mins late, you won’t be able to do the class. Coach Kou Lee is legit. He’s competed on a world class level as a pro fighter. He’s all about creating real fight drills. The minute the class starts, it’s go time on drills. He explains throughly on why the drill is the way it is and what it’s good for. Just fyi it’s strictly just classes Mon-Thur and Friday is open gym as well as sparring. If you want something a little more like cardio fun or like a morning bag work class or whatever, this won’t be it. Give it a try though. It’s real badass classes and it will get you sweating and learning legit Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing. Don’t expect to join the gym and be on their fight team. Fight team is invite only and Kou Lee only hand selects people to compete. If he says you’re not ready, just be humble and keep learning. You’ll get there. Don’t rush the process. Trust the process.
