Coming up on one year since I joined UMA and cannot recommend this place enough! As someone who never trained before UMA, this place was extremely welcoming and inviting (especially for a beginner like me). For the majority of my time here, I've largely focused on jiu-jitsu with Coach Fernando and Coach Vimal who are both excellent coaches with unique approaches. However, all of the classes and coaches are great and I’ve been able to cross-train with a few Muay Thai classes to get my feet wet in different disciplines. If you're on the fence, just go for it! You will not regret joining the UMA family.

Joining UMA was definitively my best decision of 2024, I cannot recommend enough! I joined about 6 months ago as a complete beginner and I love it, I wish I joined sooner ! This place is very welcoming, I tried all the different classes they offer and honestly they are all great ! All instructors are impressive experts, they are passionate about what they do and you can feel how much they love teaching and how much they care about their students.
