The Garage Kickboxing

The classes were great. I attended them at the location in Calera,AL three days a week until I had to stop going. While trying to cancel my membership I had to send multiple emails to the person over billing and she never responded. I also had to leave messages with two different people because everyone claimed she was the only one who could cancel it. She finally canceled it without informing me and the way I found out was by going into my Zenplanner app. My card is still on file and I had to get in touch with the customer service of Zenplanner to see can it be removed that way but she told me the billing department at the garage were the only people to remove it and she will send them a request as well. The communication and professionalism can be much better and hopefully this review will help you guys get better with it.

I decided to come here as a first time martial artist and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. I trained here for about four months before I relocated across the country and I already miss it. All the students and coaches are very welcoming and the environment was always friendly and free of judgement. Whether you're a first timer like I was or a veteran looking to compete, this gym is perfect if you're looking for a close family atmosphere and a place to work out and learn. If I'm ever in the area again I will make visiting a priority. Love and miss you guys❤️
