The Den Muay Thai

I travel quite a bit for work and staying consistent with Muay Thai training has been a challenge. I was in Long Beach for a little over two weeks and found The Den Muay Thai on google. I reached out to them on Instagram and got in touch with the owner and head coach James. I was able to get in and train multiple times during my visit and had a fantastic experience. James is one heck of a professional! He’s very good at his craft. He’s technical and gives great instruction. All the students at the gym are friendly and were very welcoming to me (an outsider). After just a few minutes I felt like I was part of the team. I highly recommend The Den Muay Thai for anyone interested in training with great people and a world class coach. I definitely will be dropping in anytime I’m in town visiting in the future.

I've trained my whole life, all around the world, fought in multiple different organizations including the ufc. Just moved to Long Beach and was looking for a new home gym to train Muay Thai. I met coach and owner James thru a friend and I'm very grateful. He is a great coach and a great person. I love the environment in the gym. Everybody is very hospitable and you learn, get good work and have a great time. Highly recommended 🙏🏼
