We started going here a year ago with my seven year old daughter. Saying Johnathan and Zeek changed my daughter’s confidence is an understatement. We came from another Muay Thai gym where my daughter was TKO’d which created a complete fear of Muay Thai. My daughter refused to spar a year ago, and is now competing, and ready to jump in. The coaches genuinely care about each student, and focus on each one with the skills needed. My daughter used to run into a fight just throwing her hands crazy, and now that also has completely changed. This gym does NOT cut corners, and cares about the children knowing basic Thai language ( hello,goodbye, respect,counting,and Thailand history). Respect and love for others in a HUGE thing here. Johnathan prepares each student on knowing how to defend themselves, and stop a bullying situations. Absolutely fantastic gym for kids!!

My son was never very active, but for some reason kept begging me to take him to Muay Thai, after watching kung fu shows and movies. My father is from Thailand, so I figured what the heck, maybe it’ll be good for him to learn something about his grandfathers culture. I searched around everywhere and decided to take him here just to check out before we headed to the park. He ended up learning the basic 1-2-3 & power kicks during our visit…Low and behold, he ended up loving it, we signed up and he looked forward to all the classes each week. He not only found friends there, but another family. Not only has it made him hungry to be much more active..He’s grown so much as an athlete. He’s gotten leaner , he’s learned to defend himself against bullies, the fundamentals of this beautiful fighting style and learning to speak Thai at the same time (which impressed his grandpa very much). My advice to people who are thinking about checking this place out… run, don’t walk. Your child being able to protect themselves from harm during bad situations in school while we aren’t there, is priceless. I want to point out that The coach do not endorse fighting, this is for protection. A+++++. I would give this place and the coaches a 10 star if I could.
