South Prospect Martial Arts Gym

South prospect is my home away from home. Best martial arts gym around and in the past 6 years that I’ve been training here, I’ve just been watching classes continue to improve. We’re absolutely beginner friendly so don’t be nervous to come in even if you have zero martial arts experience. I started as a 30 year old mom with an office job and zero sports experience and now I’m a certified badass. I promise, this is for everyone!

My girls love going to South prospect. Martial arts gym , it gives them something to look forward to and they learn something new every day. We love that the coach/ trainer is so patient with them. I highly recommend this gym to people that have children.
