Just an outstanding place for a loner teen or a social adult to find his niche. The most down to earth trainers…modest, welcoming..and unquestionably accomplished across the board. We’re from the East Coast but have been visiting family in SD for years, and coming to this gym has become as great a destination as anything. Coach Eddie runs an outstanding gym. If you’re in the area…just don’t pass this place up.
