Francisco articulates himself when instructing very well. His demonstrations are executed with excellent precision and are second to none. During each session, you will be coached to help improve technique in all areas. I’ve always wanted to learn Muay Thai, not some variation with MMA, and this school is a perfect find in the DFW metroplex. Keep in mind, you’ll get what you put into it. I tried out the first day and signed up by the second and have not regret it one bit. Perfect place for heavy bag therapy.
