I held a sorority self-defense class with this company and i could not recommend them MORE. they were very patient with all 45 girls we had in attendance, the course was very hands on and we were able to get real world applications for the moves we learned. tell you mom, sister, friend, anyone you can to come take a class here. i will 100% be back for the in depth self defense class.

This place is great and I respect and love the instructors and had a blast with my fellow teammates. If you really are interested in Kali, Jeet Kune Do, Panatukan and Muay Thai. This gym is for you, the instructors are world class. Loved my time here
