Such a great atmosphere, you will not find a gym in Louisville that is as conducive to learning. Fantastic instructors that really invest time and energy into each student. And best of all, the gym is ego free. That's right, rather you're a fighter, fitness nut, martial artist, pugilist or somebody new to martial arts and healthy lifestyles; everybody is equal on and off the mat. I would recommend this gym first to anybody looking for one.

I really enjoyed my experience trying out this gym, I love how conveniently located it is I also appreciated the different types of classes and times available. I highly recommend training here if you have interest in Jiu-Jitsu!
