I recently attended a free trial Muay Thai class at Team Lloyd Irvin Martial Arts, and it completely exceeded my expectations! I’ve attended this school for about a year and a half now.. learned a lot, from submissions to really effective striking positions. All the coaches are patient in attentive. You can come in at any level and feel like you belong. Great school💯
