Killer Bees Kickboxing and Mixed Martial Arts

My 6 yo daughter trains BJJ and I found this place while looking for a legit striking gym to help with her explosiveness and body control. She tried kickboxing at her previous gym, but it felt like they treated kids kickboxing as a babysitting session for everyone to send their most energetic kids to wear them out for bedtime, so she wasn’t really learning much. We found Killer Bees and coach Mike and quickly saw the difference in the coaching programs. The classes are super organized and he treats the kids like adults. He teaches proper technique, and the kids are learning several multi strike combinations every week as well as the matching pad work. He also mixes in station workouts and quick exhaustive burn out sessions. He takes time with every lesson to monitor every kid and make sure they really understand every move. My daughter loves his classes and can’t get enough.
