Instinct Muay Thai

If you’d like to receive some quality instruction on boxing and Muay Thai, or are simply interested in trying something new, this gym is a great place to have your needs met. The coaches, Manny and Josh, are extremely professional and make the learning experience challenging and fun! What I love the most about the gym is the positive attitude and camaraderie shared among members. As someone who is very introverted and shy, I have found my experience at this gym to be a great way to come out of my shell and meet new people. Overall, 10/10!

I’ve been training at Instinct for a little over a year and a half. I was definitely shy and hesitant to start but everyone is so welcoming that it was easy to get comfortable. Manny is a great coach and mentor who pushes his students to not only be better fighter, but better people as well. The culture in this gym is amazing with safety being a main priority. I’m so grateful to coach Manny and the rest of the coaches who have helped me grow in both confidence and skills as a fighter. If you check out the gym I guarantee you’ll feel the effort they put in to every lesson.
