Excellent classes to provide self defense for students of all ages. My Khloe likes the biweekly class giving here a chance to connect with new friends outside of school.

I have 2 of my kids here, after looking all around Indy my wife and I decided this was the best training our boys could get. I absolutely recommend this gym.
