A great gym that I am happy to be apart of! I originally started training Jiu Jitsu in Georgia and was with that gym for four years. Once I moved to Ohio; finding a Jiu Jitsu gym that compared to the one in my home state was proving difficult. I am grateful to have found Griffonrawl because their culture and environment matched with what my former fostered. They provided openness to new comers and teach respect for teammates. I also appreciate how they incorporate realistic self-defense methods which has expanded my training.

Best gym I've personally trained at. Whether you are looking for self defense, self defense and fitness, structure, junior self defense, or to compete in combat sports. There's multiple coaches who have competed at the highest level of combat sports. Best of all is they have the ability and patience to break things down and coach. So rare. Family friendly. Values, and discipline. Everything you can ask for in a martial arts environment. They will invest in you. And if you work hard it pays off. I highly recommend.
