Florida Muay Thai

Fl Muay thai is the best thing that has ever happened to me. Having been introduced to muay thai only 3mos before joining, I was nervous about what the experience would be like. After meeting Kru Rob and working with him in a few personal sessions then jumping into bags and pads, I quickly fell in love. The atmosphere at FMT is intoxicating. You get pushed to your ultimate limit and when you think you’ve reached your max, someone will remind you that you have more gas in the tank than you think. Keep in mind, the same people who push you hard are the same people who give u a high five or a pat on the back saying ‘great job’ -just the encouragement you need to keep trying harder (shout out to Coach Andre). In addition to attending FMT’s classes regularly, Kru Rob has curated a diet and work out regimen for me that focuses on strength and endurance. Since starting this regimen 3 weeks ago, I’ve not only lost weight and have gotten stronger, but I feel the most energetic than I have ever felt since high school (for reference I am in my late 30s). If you are looking for a gym to become a home, make great friends, all while pushing yourself to become the best version of yourself, FL Muay Thai is with out a doubt the place for you.

Great Muay Thai school. Doesn't matter your level. If you're old and fat like me, a young adult wanting to start, or a place for your kid. I see great things from this gym, and I've trained world wide at numerous muay thai schools, bjj, mma, etc. These guys are a great group of people weather you're looking to get into shape, learn muay thai, or want to be a fighter. There's a place for everyone here. Highly recommend coming to check it out. There are few places I would avoid here locally, and this is not one of them!
