Evolve Martial Arts and Fitness

Really amazing place that encourages people to be safe; not just on the streets but within the practice as well. If you are a beginner at martial arts or just starting out on your fitness journey, I definitely recommend checking this place out. They teach to your physical and emotional comfort level, and accommodate when something being taught is outside of what you can do safely. Also everyone is so nice and helpful! 10/10 would recommend.

We started our 5 year old son at Evolve to focus on mind-body discipline (and to have fun too!). Fast forward 4.5 years later he was getting ready to test for a brown belt. Their focus on leadership skills and attributes also gave our kiddo an increased respect towards his environment, fellow humans and a great confidence boost. All the instructors were great. I highly recommend Evolve for wriggly kids. We moved away or we would still be attending. Bonus, their kids nights out are great and our son always looked forward to them. Thanks Evolve!
