Elite Mixed Martial Arts - Westchase

I had the pleasure of training at Elite MMA while visiting Houston. The instruction was well thought out and we had time to practice the techniques. Rolling was safe and fun. All the coaches and the students I interacted with were very kind. I came away with a couple of new skills. I also felt a bit dizzy after class and they made sure I recovered giving me some electrolytes and even taking my blood pressure. Overall an excellent experience.

I've been training at this MMA gym for two years, and it’s been an incredible experience! The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all skill levels. The variety of classes and skill levels of training partners keeps things exciting, and I've made great friends along the way.
