DFW Combat Co.

DFW Combat has been a lifeline since my neighborhood YMCA closed for a rebuild. Each instructor has itheir own style and technique. I have seen a great change in my body. I totally love hitting that heavy bag! It is a great stress release for me!

I've trained at some of the best gyms in the country and you'd be hard pressed to find a gym with a better overall offering than DFW Combat Co. The coaches and owner are incredible people. It's a great team environment with world class instruction and fitness equipment to suit anyone's training needs. Highly recommend you check it out.
