5 STAR PLUS!! My 3 kids (4, 6, & 16 yr old) absolutely LOVE this gym! They have the best coaches and really give each individual the attention they require REGARDLESS. All coaches go above and beyond to make sure everyone is improving at each practice, no time wasted! It’s an easy going, safe and non judgmental environment. The Head coach still competes and is very much involved in all aspects of the gym. Definitely has been a great place for my kids to grow their confidence and discipline. Love this place and 100% recommend!

My kids and I train here. I have seen a huge transformation in my kid's confidence and demenor since starting. When we walked through the doors a little over a year ago, we didn't realize this place would be like another home for us. The coach's professional accolades speak for themselves as far as knowledge, but they are excellent teachers for kids and adults. They make class fun and enjoyable and also cater to your personal goals (fitness, self defense or training to be a world champion).
