The owner Joe has real professional fighting experience and a wealth of knowledge. Perfect for those just getting started as well as those that have years of experience. The classes will definitely get you in great shape.

A wonderful family environment! From kids martial arts to adult kickboxing, boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. The 6 week challenge is such a life changing work out. I would recommend this to anyone!
