Some of the best striking coaches I’ve had the pleasure of training under, Bailey started my martial arts journey…after beating cancer, i had a goal in mind to compete. Bailey and the team gave me the skills and confidence to be able to achieve that goal. 5 years training now and we haven’t looked back.

Great coaches in a friendly and supportive environment for adults and kids! It doesn’t matter what level - even if you have no experience in martial arts, you’ll have fun learning while getting your exercise. I have been training with Coach Bailey and Coach Bri for almost two years now and continue to learn with each session. As someone who gets bored easily, it is difficult for me to stick to an exercise regimen. Their kickboxing classes are the perfect amount of challenging and interesting. There is always something to improve in and the variety of techniques in the kickboxing system keeps my attention. Their fitness classes are also such an effective way of building strength and endurance, complementing the kickboxing training. It’s a one-stop shop!
