I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are very welcome to beginners of all forms. The typical ego issues you’ll find at these gyms is NOT a thing here. All the coaches work hard to create an environment that is friendly, comfortable, and welcoming to all.

Apex is one of the best communities I’ve been introduced to—coaches are tough and encouraging and passionate. HIGHLY recommend Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu as a beginner lady fighter starting out! Great setup, instruction, and overall environment.
