Ambush Muay Thai

I have been to 5 classes so far and I am really enjoying them. The atmosphere is friendly and respectful. The gym has good hygiene and has a water fountain inside. The coaches are patient and will gladly, with enthusiasm will show proper form and technique. In my opinion, this is a great option for beginners, intermediate, and advanced trainee’s.

I can not recommend Ambush enough, from day 1 you’re treated like a life long member. The very first person to chat it up with me on my first day was the current WBC national champion and he treated me like we had been friends for years and that is a perfect reflection of the atmosphere of the gym and the athletes bred there. No ego’s, no negative energy just a group of people lifting each other up every day pushing each other to work hard and be the best version of ourselves we can be. Wether you want to compete, lose weight or find discipline and routine, Ambush provides you a family that will support and push you to achieve any goal and you’ll always be welcomed with open arms.
