Alpha Martial Arts

This place is very friendly and welcoming. Mr. Ness and all other staff are engaging and great with children. Each lesson is short and tight, so kids will stay focused. My son has been going here since he was 10 years old, and it has made positive impact on him physically and mentally. I love the chanting they do at the beginning of the lesson too. They teach karate and good manners.

Taking karate lessons at Alpha Martial Arts has been such a positive experience for my kids. We've been coming to AMA for more than seven years now, and in addition to learning specific karate moves and general self-defense, my kids have learned so much about body awareness, leadership skills, and physical fitness.
