9Round Kickboxing Fitness

I have doing 9Rounds since 2020 and have been coming to this location since 2022. 9Rounds offers a great workout, and it's QUICK! I don't care for regular gyms, but this gym always has me coming back. All the workouts have kickboxing and strength training and are always different. The trainers are AWESOME!! Cayla is amazing, she's always helpful and encouraging. Mia is really great, she's always willing to assist and is always positive. Whoever is working always makes me feel welcome. The other members are great, too!! I definitely recommend 9Rounds if you are looking for a fantastic workout!!

I just wanted to say I have been going to this establishment since 2020 and have enjoyed every workout. It's a fun family friendly place and people. I have seen multiple trainers and one of my favorite is MIA she's has a very positive and energetic personality. Thank you everyone for helping me gain my my health goals
